The Ab Rocket is an abdominal exercise machine which is promoted heavily on TV. You must have seen one infomercial of another about it. The AbRocket is reputed to help you develop stomach muscles fast and so help you to lose inches off your waist and belly.
I haven't used this device, though I have some definite opinion on whether or not it can actually work as well as it's claimed to do, but let's try to see if there are alternative options you can choose which are not only better but also more affordable?
The current AbRocket price is around $100. There may be an additional shipping and handling fee but that may change from time to time. I believe that you can save more than $50 and still get a solution to your belly fat. In fact, I believe that you can get a much better and more complete solution and save a bunch of money.
The answer is to get yourself an abs program, not an abs machine like the Ab Rocket. An abs program is a plan created by a qualified trainer and nutrition expert which teaches you exactly what you need to do to burn stomach fat and get great looking abs. In fact, a good program can show you how to get lean all over your body and not just your abs.
The things which makes abs programs better than a machine like the ab rocket are the following:
1. They don't break down or take up space. You can buy an ebook which deals with getting flat abs.
2. They cover both workouts and the proper nutrition while the AbRocket only covers the workout aspect which is why I believe it cannot work as well as it's portrayed to in those infomercials. At least, it won't work that way for everyone.
3. You can get additional support if you get an online abs program (and I recommend an excellent one at the end of this article).
4. You can get a top notch abs program which will get you results and help you maintain them into the future for as little as $40 meaning that it's over 50% more affordable than the AbRocket. The reason is that it's only information and not a gadget which has material and manufacturing costs.
Overall, I believe that a good abs program delivers a far superior value than any abs machine. Myself, I've been using a program called the Truth About Abs which has helped me get excellent results not just in my abs but all over my body.
